Estudos para uma Residência

Olá!! Nestes últimos dias estou desenvolvendo alguns estudos, em 3D, de uma residência. É uma casa com 3 suítes, áreas de lazer, salas integradas, em condomínio fechado. Assim como a parte interna, a externa também segue um conceito contemporâneo, com linhas retas e fachada "limpa". A estrutura da residência é em concreto armado e alvenarias em tijolos. Utilizei pedra e madeira como revestimento.

Hello! In recent days I have made some studies in 3D, a residence. It is a house with 3 suites, recreational areas, integrated rooms, gated community. As well as the inside, the outside also follows a contemporary concept, with straight lines and facade "clean". The structure of the house is of reinforced concrete and masonry in brick. Utilized as stone and wood flooring.

Decidi fazer um estudo com telhas cerâmicas também. 

I decided to do a study with ceramic tiles too.

Gostei muito das três, mas ainda não sei se uma dessas será o resultado final, ainda estou explorando outras opções!

I really enjoyed the three, but still do not know if one of these will be the end result, I'm still exploring other options!

Restauração - Brasília Palace Hotel

Este hotel, inaugurado em 1958, é um dos primeiros prédios feitos em Brasília, próximo ao Palácio da Alvorada, construído antes mesmo do Plano Piloto ter sido escolhido. A rápida construção aconteceu com intuito de alojar personalidades famosas que fossem conhecer a construção da cidade, como por exemplo: a Rainha Elizabeth da Inglaterra, a primeira ministra Indira Ghandi da Índia, Che Guevara, Fidel Castro, o presidente dos EUA Dwight Eisenhower e o papa Paulo VI.

This hotel, opened in 1958, is one of the first buildings made ​​in Brasilia, close to Alvorada Palace, built even before the Pilot Plan was chosen. The rapid construction happened aiming to host famous personalities who  wanted to see the city be built, such as: Queen Elizabeth of England, the Prime Minister of India Indira Gandhi, Che Guevara, Fidel Castro, U.S. President Dwight Eisenhower and Pope Paul VI.

Em 1978 o Hotel sofreu um incêndio e ficou abandonado até que em 1997 começou a ser reformado com acompanhamento da equipe do arquiteto Oscar Niemeyer (autor do projeto), com algumas mudanças: os quartos ganharam varanda para proteger da insolação (as esquadrias eram alinhadas, pegando sol) e os cobogós foram substituídos por esquadrias e brises soleil (era aberto antes, entreva poeira).

In 1978 the Hotel suffered a fire and was abandoned until 1997 when it began to be reformed by the team of architect Oscar Niemeyer (author of the project), with some changes: rooms won porch to protect from sunstroke (the frames were aligned, taking sun), the cobogós were replaced by frames and brises soleil (it was open before, dust could come in).

Os painéis de Athos Bulcão (interno e externo) continuam intactos lá, proporcionando um espaço maravilhoso, juntamente com o mobiliário, e claro, o edifício em si! 

The panels of Athos (internal and external) are still intact there, providing a wonderful space, along with the furniture, and of course, the building itself!

O que acharam do hotel e de sua reforma? Este edifício é um patrimônio histórico, grande marca de Brasília que muitas pessoas não conhecem muito bem. O Brasília Palace é o primeiro empreendimento do Brasil a conquistar o status de Hotel Histórico, de acordo com o novo Sistema Brasileiro de Classificação de Meios de Hospedagem elaborado pelo Ministério do Turismo. 

What did you think of the hotel and its reform? This building is a historic landmark, great brand of Brasilia that many people do not know very well. This hotel was the first in Brazil to obtain the status of a historical hotel, in accordance to the new Braszilian System os Classification of Hosting Mediums, created by the Ministry of Tourism.

Casa da Música

Este restaurante está localizado no ultimo andar Casa da Música, na cidade do Porto, em Portugal. Gostei muito da mistura de cores, linhas retas do mobiliário e o ar despojado! Na primeira imagem imagem é possível observar a influência da luz natural no ambiente. Também há uma mistura de texturas muito interessante entre o revestimento do balção, as parede, pisos e mobiliários!

This restaurant is located on the top floor Casa da Música in Porto, Portugal. I really liked the mix of colors, straight lines of the furniture and the air stripped! In the first image you can see the influence of natural light in the environment. There is also a mixture of textures very interesting between the lining of the counter, the wall, floors and furniture!

Hoje vou falar um pouquinho sobre Decoração e Design para bares. Este tema é muito legal, pois permite explorar a criatividade!! Nos bares é possível brincar com formas, cores, iluminação, de maneira a criar diversas sensações! Neste post vou falar mais sobre bares modernos, mas  futuramente também falarei sobre outros estilos. Confiram as imagens abaixo!

Today I'll talk a little bit about Decoration and Design for bars. This theme is very cool because it allows exploring creativity! Café da manhã com estilo!

Semana passada fui convidada para tomar café-da-manhã em uma loja aqui em Ribeirão, na Q&E Quartos. Acho muito legal estes convites, assim posso conferir as novidades e tendências, além de dividir aqui com vocês. Tirei umas fotos dos ambientes que mais gostei.

Last week I was invited to have breakfast in the morning in a shop here in Ribeirão at Q&E Quartos. I think these invitations really cool, so I can check the news and trends, and share with you here. I took some pictures of the environments that I liked.

Na imagem abaixo é um quarto de bebê, gostei muito do detalhe em gesso revestido com o papel de parede listrado! Além disso o ambiente foge do convencional!

In the image below is a baby room, I liked the detail in plaster coated with striped wallpaper! Also the conventional environment of the runs!

Abaixo o quarto confirma que o azul continua em alta! Gosto muito destas banquetinhas ao pé da cama, são coringas que podem ser utilizadas em diversos ambientes!

Below the room confirms that blue remains high! I really like these banquetinhas the foot of the bed, are wildcards that can be used in various environments!

 Também gostei muito do ambiente abaixo, com aspecto bem moderno!

I also enjoyed the atmosphere below, looking very modern!

Na estante abaixo eh possível utilizar diversos módulos, prateleiras, nichos e depois alterar conforme for necessário! É possível utilizar diversas cores, tamanhos e modelos.

On the shelf below eh can use several modules, shelves, niches and then change as needed! You can use different colors, sizes and designs.

Em outro ambiente, este tecido aplicado na banquete deu um tom alegre e colorido ao ambiente!

In another environment, this fabric applied to the banquet gave a tone cheerful and colorful environment!

Abaixo a mesinha vermelha se destacou. Poderia ser uma escrivaninha comum, mas com a aplicação desta cor e as mini gavetinhas acima do tampo, deixou o móvel diferente e muito interessante. As possibilidades de personalizar os móveis é um importante diferencial!

Below the table is highlighted red. It could be a common desk, but with the application of color and mini little drawers above the side, left the different mobile and very interesting. The possibilities to customize the furniture is an important difference!
