Um edifício muito legal, mas não tão conhecido do famoso arquiteto brasileiro Oscar Niemeyer, é o que foi construído em 1957 na Exposição Internacional da Construção Interbau, no bairro Hansaviertel, em Berlim! Fui visita-lo agora em julho e vou compartilhar algumas fotos do edifício e de um apartamento dele com vocês. O edifício é maravilhoso, vocês vão ver!
A very cool building, but not really known from the famous Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer, is the one that was built in 1957 at the International Exhibition of Construction Interbau, in Hansaviertel neighborhood, in Berlin! I went to visit it in July and now I will share some photos of the building and an apartment of it with you guys. The building is wonderful, you will see!
Ele possui uma acessibilidade inovadora, que foi pensada com intuito de economia nos gastos, evitar corredores coletivos, dando mais privacidade e espaço aos moradores, e para simplificar o elevador.
It has an innovative accessibility, which was designed with the intention of saving money, avoid collective corridors, giving more privacy and space to residents, and to simplify the elevator.
Fachada Leste, onde ficam os dormitórios dos apartamentos, com grandes aberturas de vidro para aquecimento e entrada de luz solar.
Facade East, where the dormitories of the apartments are, with large glass openings for heating and sunlight entry.
Fachada Oeste, com a varanda ligada à sala de estar/jantar e à cozinha, novamente com grandes aberturas para entrada da luz solar, mas com a possibilidade de maior controle dada pela varanda.
West facade, with the balcony connected to the living/dining room and the kitchen, again with large openings for entry of sunlight, but with the possibility of greater control given by the balcony.
